FAQ
Return Policy: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and smoke free. To start a return contact us at info@thestand.shop. Please include order number and item(s) you are wanting to return. Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery (or pickup) date.
You are required to pay for return shipping. Refund will be issued after The Stand Boutique receives items.  
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Order processing time: Orders placed Monday-Thursday will be shipped same or next day. Friday-Sunday guaranteed to ship Monday, but we work hard to get out Friday or Saturday. 
Pickup orders: Pickup orders are typically ready within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready with pickup address. Your order will be on our front porch in a plastic tote with your name on it. 
More about The Stand: We are a women's and children's online and pop-up boutique based in Seymour, Indiana. We ship as well as offer pickup options for our local customers. Find us on Facebook and Instagram @shopthestand.
